1. Payment

The minimum order (before shipping and taxes) is $50 Canadian. Visa or MasterCard are accepted for online ordering. If preferred, you can click the "Print This Page" button on the completed online order form and fax it to 1-416-494-9721 with credit card details. Your credit card will be charged on the day of shipment. COD orders are not accepted.

2. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CDN$). CDN$100 is approximately equal to US$85 however Sayal Electronics does not warrant the conversion rate. All invoices are processed in Canadian dollars and your credit card company will convert it to your local currency. Large quantities on many items are either stocked or available. Please contact our sales staff to inquire about OEM quantity discounts, scheduled orders, etc.

3. Shipping

All shipments are made FOB Toronto, Canada. Sayal Electronics will ship by UPS ground unless otherwise requested. If a different shipping method is preferred (either express service or a different carrier), please make note of it in the "Comments" section when filling out your customer/billing information. Sayal Electronics charges the actual shipper's rates. The customer is responsible for all shipping and related charges. Shipping charges are non refundable. No additional handling fee is charged.

4. U.S. Orders

For U.S. orders, shipments made via UPS Ground that are under US$200 have the brokerage fees included. Orders above this amount usually incur additional brokerage fees and are collected by UPS at the time of delivery. UPS Red (Express) and UPS Blue (Expedited) services include the brokerage charge in the freight rate. Any import duties that U.S. Customs may impose are additional and are collected by the shipping company at the time of delivery. All shipping, brokerage, and duty charges are the responsibility of and are to be paid by the customer.

5. Canadian Orders

For shipments in Canada, 5% GST will be added. For shipments in Ontario, 8% Ontario Sales Tax will also be added, unless the customer's Ontario Sales Tax exemption certificate is provided.

6. International Orders

For international orders, additional shipping charges apply and will be confirmed prior to shipping. Additional brokerage and duty charges often apply and are collected by the shipping company at the time of delivery. All shipping, brokerage, and duty charges are to be paid by the customer.

7. Back-Orders

Due to the nature of our business, only a limited supply may be available for some items. As such, we reserve the right to cancel back orders. Accepted back-orders are subject to additional shipping charges. Accepted back-orders will only be charged on the day they are shipped.

8. Returns

Items may be returned for credit or refund at our discretion within 10 days of delivery. All returns must have Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). RMA# requests are made by calling 416-494-8999 Mon-Fri, 9am - 5pm EST. Please have your invoice ready when you call. Non-defective returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. No returns after 30 days. Carefully pack your return and clearly note the RMA# on the outside of the box. Any shipments received without a RMA# will be refused. Some items (such as kits, cut or measured product and special orders) are non-returnable. No freight collect or COD returns accepted. Parcels damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipper. Shipping charges on returned goods are non-refundable.

9. Warranty / Disclaimer

All products are warranted by Sayal Electronics only to be free of defects in material and workmanship for thirty (30) days from the date of shipment. Additional manufacturer warranties may apply for some items (eg, test equipment, IC programmers, etc) - in which case the item should be directly shipped back to the manufacturer. Sayal Electronics will not be responsible for incidental, indirect or consequential damage. There are no other warranties, either expressed or implied which extend the foregoing, and there are no warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. No purchase order or verbal advice shall alter this agreement. Sayal Electronics' liability is limited to refund or replacement of product only.
